Yes. The assistant tells every customer at the start that they're talking with an automated assistant, and a person on your team can always step in.
How is usage billed?
Usage fees (the AI/SI model, texting, and phone number) are billed at our cost, with no markup, under a monthly spend cap you set. You can also put usage on your own vendor account.
Can a medical or dental office use it?
Yes, for booking and common questions only. The assistant asks customers not to share medical details and hands health topics to your staff.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Any time saved or bookings gained are estimates, not promises. The assistant doesn't give medical, legal, or financial advice.
What does AI/SI Care Plus include?
AI/SI Care plus one hour of changes each month (no rollover) and a monthly report. Hours past the included hour are billed at $80/hr.
How long are conversation logs kept?
Conversation logs are kept for 90 days, then deleted, unless the business exports them first.
Can the assistant send marketing texts?
Not at launch. It replies to customers who contact you. Marketing or automated follow-up texts need the customer's written consent first, which is your responsibility as the business, and are quoted separately.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply within 30 minutes from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, every day, and within 1 hour outside those hours. Full quotes within 24 hours.
