Price Match

Cybercave Technologies works to keep its prices competitive. If an established competitor publishes a lower price for the same service, scope and term, send it to us before you sign. We will review it and, if it meets the conditions on this page, match that price in a revised written quote. We match the price only.

In short: send us a competitor's current, published price for the same service, scope and term, with proof in writing, within 7 days of our quote and before you sign. We answer in writing within 2 business days.

What we match

This applies only to website design (including WordPress builds), web hosting plans (Starter and Managed), and per-employee remote IT support. It does not apply to our AI/SI automation services or to any service not listed here.

Conditions

Established U.S. competitor. An established business based in the United States that publicly offers the same service to customers in your area, or offers it remotely to customers in your state. Not related to you or to Cybercave.
Current, public and verifiable. The price is published today on the competitor's own website or published price list, and you send a link and a dated screenshot. Private quotes that are not published do not qualify.
Open, regular and sustained price. Available to any customer (no coupon-only or call-for-price offers), published for at least 30 days, and the competitor's regular price, not below its own usual price. Prices are compared before tax.
Same scope, term and quality. The same deliverables, features and limits (such as page count, revision rounds, included changes, storage, data transfer and backups), the same type and level of support, and the same contract term and billing frequency. We compare total cost over the same term, including setup and required add-ons.
Done for you. Do-it-yourself builders where you build the site yourself are not comparable to our design service.
Timing. Send your request within 7 days after you receive our quote, while it is still valid, and before you sign. We can't match a price after you have signed or paid.
One match per service per customer.

What is not covered

Promotional, coupon-only, limited-time, clearance, seasonal or flash-sale prices
Free plans, free tiers and free trials, and introductory or first-term-only pricing
Bundles and offers that depend on buying other things
Custom quotes, prices that require negotiation, or scopes that do not match ours
Software licenses and third-party fees such as domains, plugins and paid apps
Marketplace or gig pricing from sellers who cannot be verified, and providers based outside the United States
Prices the competitor does not actually honor, or that are published in error
Prices below the competitor's own regular price
Services not listed above, including on-site visits, mileage, consulting and custom AI/SI automation
Work already billed, past invoices, and existing signed contracts

How to ask for a price match

Email support@cybercavetech.com or call (269) 400-1604 within 7 days of our quote and before you sign. Send the competitor's name, a link to the published price, a dated screenshot, and which service and plan you are comparing. We confirm receipt in writing.

How we decide

Andrew Vanderboegh reviews each request against the conditions on this page and answers in writing within 2 business days (business day means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If it qualifies, we send a revised written quote at the matched price, valid for 30 days like every Cybercave quote. We may verify any price, and we may decline a request that does not meet these conditions, that we can't verify, or where matching would mean pricing below our cost to deliver the service. If we decline, we tell you the reason in writing.

What a match means

A match sets your price for the first term shown in your revised written quote only. When that term ends, renewal follows our Terms of Service at our then-current price. A match can't be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer, including the 50% design discount with a 12-month plan; you can choose either the match or that discount. It does not reduce or refund invoices already issued or amounts already paid. Existing signed contracts change only by a written amendment we both sign. Where a project has buildout cost (software or usage tokens we buy), the 50% deposit applies to the matched price; where there is no buildout cost, there is no deposit. Your payment, cancellation and refund terms stay as they are in your quote and our Terms. If you change scope or plan after a match, changed items are priced at our then-current price unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to this policy

We may change or end this policy at any time. A match we have confirmed in writing stays as written. We decide requests under the version of this page in effect on the day we receive your complete request.
